The best part about creating music is being able to channel my inner thoughts and vulnerability and share them with the world. It becomes a time capsule when I go back and listen to ADHD I, it takes me to a different place and evokes different emotions. I was 31 then. Today I'm 36, and this album captures where I am in life right now, still living with ADHD. The ADHD series is fun to make because I have a scattered brain, and it allows me to create freely without worrying about the different musical sides of me that come out... I just get to be myself and do what I love.
